德国NeuroConn DC-STIMULATOR PLUS是一款非常成熟完善的科研级tES设备,在已发表的经颅电刺激相关文献中大量应用。支持经颅直流电刺激tDCS,经颅交流电刺激tACS,经颅随机噪声刺激tRNS,通过配置4x1模块可以支持4x1高精度经颅电刺激HD-tES。除了标准功能,如微处理器控制的恒流电源外,它还包括一系列先进的可选功能,如双盲伪刺激控制,模拟信号控制,实时信号输出,和MRI兼容,可供选择的范围使设备高度可配置和适合各种应用范式。
通过硬件和软件双重方式对电流进行多级监控,刺激器达到了极高的安全标准。通过连续监测电极阻抗,刺激器能够准确维持用户定义的电流强度,同时自动检测是否与皮肤接触不足,自动终止刺激,确保受试者安全。
研究模式用于双盲对照试验
德国NeuroConn DC-STIMULATOR PLUS可选配支持双盲对照试验的研究模式选配。该选项允许用户选择一个预定义的刺激参数协议,根据操作者输入的5位代码,输出电流刺激电流或者伪刺激电流。在这两种情况下,刺激器显示将显示相同的信息,保证操作人员和被试严格处于双盲状态。
核磁兼容功能
德国NeuroConn DC-STIMULATOR PLUS提供MRI兼容升级选配,可随机订购或者后续单独升级。刺激器经过特别优化保证在核磁环境下接入射频阻抗的情况下刺激电流能够达到2mA。得益于在fMRI环境下提供无干扰刺激的高可靠性,"DC-STIMULATOR MR" 已经成为多数tES-MR研究中共同选用的核磁兼容经颅电刺激装置,可以满足1.5T和3.0T核磁环境下使用需要。如需在7.0T核磁环境下使用,需提前申明。
EEG系统高兼容性
德国NeuroConn DC-STIMULATOR PLUS通过3种不同“Signal Output”信号输出选配,DC-Stimulator PLUS非常适合与不同类型的脑电系统进行整合兼容使用。通过这一选配功能,刺激器可以将刺激波形信息(如幅值、频率、波形等)以模拟信号的形式在线同步提供给脑电系统或者其他记录装置。所记录到的刺激信号可以用于脑电数据的online或者offline处理。该选项在需要外部设备监控刺激器输出的试验应用中也很有用,比如需要同步进行视觉或者其他刺激。
外部刺激控制功能
德国NeuroConn DC-STIMULATOR PLUS通过额外的模拟信号输入功能模块”Remote Option”可以实现远程刺激参数在线调整。这对于需要时间锁定、同步和/或变化刺激参数的研究应用尤其有用;例如tES-EEG应用和双位点tACS应用。
